I’ve been practicing Yoga at Apollo for about two years now. Hamish, Margo and the teachers guide students on their personal practice with care, great adjustments, and devoted attention. The level of the studio is excellent! Highly recommend it for people at all stages of Yoga Practice.

From the introductory deal, to signing up and the classes themselves at every stage this has been completely about making sure you are truely taken care of. There has a perfect balance of supportive classes yet challenging routines with provision to work to your individual level and help with that. I have been particularly impressed by the attention to making sure that exercises are done in a way that maintains good bio mechanical alignment while working with your strengths and limitations.

I stayed in Chirstchurch for a few weeks and found this yoga studio not far from where I was staying - I loved the welcoming atmosphere, the number of classes (there is always one of the timeslots which will suite your agenda) and the teachers are real experts who take the time to explain for beginners but at the same time keep the pace high enough for the more advanced students .... The Studio is also very clean and spacious ! I highly recommend this place !

When I travel for work I usually seek out a yoga studio to practice in wherever I am. Every time I do this, I am reminded about how lucky I am that Apollo Power Yoga is my home studio and that I don’t have to wait until I travel to Christchurch to visit it. There isn’t another studio like it anywhere.

More often than not you will also go away with some thought provoking or amusing stories to take into your day.
