Whether you're on holiday, visiting friends and relatives or attending events in and around Waihi Beach, Tasman Holiday Parks - Beachaven provides the perfect spot.

Just off SH2 between the Coromandel and Tauranga, this holiday park is great for families, couples, groups, international travellers and businesses. Tasman's Beachaven is a safe, friendly holiday park set on 4 acres of land offering a wide range of accommodation. We've got plenty of space for tents, motorhomes and caravans.

If you are the sort of camper wanting a spot of luxury then you can choose from our fabulous range of cabins, lodges and motel units. Some of our units are also dog friendly and we are located only 100 metres from the 9km long beach. White sands, clear water, many scenic walks and surf are some of the lovely attractions here at Waihi Beach. Waihi Beach also provides, stunning views to Mayor Island, local walks to Orakawa Bay, fabulous cafes and boutique shops.

Family friendly, gem of a campground

A fantastic little family friendly campground with well stocked cabins which are very clean and comfortable (even coming with a grater, peeler and a decent sharp knife). Bench tables scattered around the campground mean you don’t need to byo table if you don’t want to. And bench tables on the decks of the cabins were great for extended family gatherings. Very family friendly with a great playground, fun bikes, a games room, and even body boards to borrow if you forget to bring your own. Highly recommend this campground.

A great place to park up your motorhome.

Top 10 Beachaven is a good place to have a powered site. There is ready access to the beach, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the facilities are good. We liked the shower facilities. It is dog friendly.

BEACHHAVEN TOP 10 AT WAIHI BEACH

Spent 5 nights and the camp was very quiet, a nice break from home thanks. Friendly and helpful Staff who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We would happily stay here again outside of school holidays.

We'll be back

We really enjoyed our short stay. Staff were helpful and friendly. Facilities were clean and tidy. Grounds where well maintained. We will definitely be back. Hopefully next time covid won't cut our stay too short.

Fantastic staff and stay

I have had a great stay at the holiday park with friendly staff and excellent facilities. Staff were very helpful and the park really clean. The accomodation was very high standard to make it a home away from home.
