The cafe is attached to the motor inn, has meals and counter food. Love the breakfast I had!

Had a lunch, and a breakfast. Lunch was a toasted sandwich, and was just perfect. Breakfast was with 3 others, and all enjoyed. If nothing else, make sure you order their home made hash brown!

Hospital Visits

My stay was for 8 nights and safety , cleanliness a big must for me and being close to the hospital was all I required ( 150M across from Motel ) walking distance if you don't have a car . LOW and BEHOLD the ACCOMODATION was EXCEPTIONAL , amenities EXCELLENT cleaning staff very FREINDLY. The owner also a BIG THANK YOU for making my stay a home away from home and allowing me to enter my room before the required time .There is a Cafe close by and the meals are delicious and very well priced . When I return I will be coming back to stay at the CARRAMAR MOTOR INN as this is now my 2nd home . Totally recommend T

Amazing Motor Lodge in great location

I had a great stay at the Carramar Motor Inn. The rooms are renovated lovely, the beds are very comfortable. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The staff make the stay, they are so friendly and welcoming and anything you need is right there. The cafe onsite is out of this world amazing and great for all meals, they are even open for dinner which is awesome and the food is just awesome. The Carramar Motor Inn is in a good location, 10 mins from downtown and right opposite the main Palmerston North Hospital. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great customer service

Arrived in Palmerston North late sunday night unexpectedly had to find accommodation really late. Told to go to Carramar by Taxi company - Couldn't have better advice. - Thank you Meg for getting up and welcoming me to your motel and sorting me out with a room at a very late hour! - Won't be forgotten Very clean, fantastic hosts and lovely cafe for breakfast. Pleasantly Surprised

I didnt know what to expect across the road from Palmerston North Hospital and was very pleasantly surprised. From the warm welcome, to the clean tidy and comfortable unit and bed, to the Amazing food in the cafe. Not knowing how long my husband was going to be in hospital was no problem for the owners who acommodated me each day as it came. It was a warm and welcome environment at a stressful time. I could walk across to my room as i pleased knowing i was only minutes away if need be. During the day i could enjoy a coffee and cake in the sunshine out front of the cafe. They made my stay on my own and at a stressful time more pleasant than i could have asked for. thankyou

High Quality

Visited here with my son (an international chef) while my husband was in hospital. We both felt that the entire facility, motel, cafe with food and staff was exceptional and was on a par with any high class facility we have ever visited. Directly across from the hospital it offered everything needed in one place. Very friendly staff, management and overall par excellence.

AWSOME

This is the first time I have stayed here, and I can tell you if you want clean, tidy, spacious rooms this is the place to be, if you are looking for hospitable owners who take the time out for their guests, then this is the place. I have already booked for later in the year and also this time next year, it's nice to feel welcome and everything was explained perfectly on check-in, thank you Gary and Meg, don't change
