Called the Base Pizzeria now.
Picked up a take away Cabonara spaghetti tonight and pleasantly surprised. Good serve, lots of bacon and Parmesan cheese. Friendly service and plenty of staff on.

Outstanding
We loved this place and ended up here twice in our week in Whitianga (enjoying very different meals each time. We dined in each time. The place was busy Saturday night and not so on the Tuesday. Each time there were many phone orders which meant we waited a bit each time. The pizzas were really tasty (I had a taste of at least four over the two nights) and their pasta was good too. This isn’t a cheap night out but still is good value for money.

One of the best Pizza's in the Southern Hemisphere!! Superb taste and amazing base done to perfection. Also had very happy smiley young lady serve us who was helpful and friendly. This ALWAYS makes the experience invaluable. Don't stop what you're doing guys it's fantastic.

Delicious food, great service
Searching for good pizza one dampish November evening during a five night stay in Whitianga, we remembered we had walked past Dino's earlier in the day and noted the menu looked very good. We were not disappointed. The pizza was delicious according to my husband who ordered a large Hawaiian and ate it all. I was tempted over to the pasta menu and ordered the chicken and mushroom fettucine which came with a tasty side salad dressed with a balsamic dressing. Yum! The decor was pleasant and the staff efficient and very friendly. Dino's will be very popular in the summer peak, so be in early. Highly recommended.

Delicious pizzas!
Ordered a couple of pizzas to take back home- capriccio and seafood marinara. Both were absolutely delicious! Prompt and friendly service. Will be back.

A great experience, amazing value
Started with the daily special garlic prawn pizza. It was full size, absolutely delicious, and the best value we have had the whole trip. Decided to share a veg fettuccine- wonderful! And a small garden salad. Chocolate mud pie for dessert. And with corkage totalled $47.
