Beautiful food and friendly service
This is a real treat, particularly on a chilly day. The waitstaff was very helpful in helping to make decisions. It was all yummy and I am looking forward to going back!

Proper Indian
Nz is VERY hit and miss when it comes to Indian restaurants! For curry lovers this place won’t disappoint! Only downside is you really have to stress that you want it very hot - a standard problem in Nz as kiwis are wimps when it comes to Spicy food!

Great little Indian place with amazing food
Really great Indian restaurant in davenport. We just ended up going in as we were hungry after a little trek up mount Victoria. The place is smallish but has a nice rustic ambience. The food took a little while but it was certainly worth it and we were warned that it was quite busy so the food will take 20-30 mins. We ordered Paneer tikka masala, dal tadka and garlic naan. Both entrees come with rice as well. We had asked for hot ( spicy) and it was just perfect for our palette. The food was piping hot, the flavors really good and the naan was also nice and soft. They even boast a large drinks menu in case anyone wanted a side of wine or other drinks to go with the food.

Authentic Indian food
Had fantastic food here tonight - chicken Khadai, chicken tikka masala, lamb korma & another chicken dish vindaloo hot. All superb and cooked with proper spices & fresh meats. Naan bread really nice. And starter platter also excellent. On a par with Indian restaurants in UK. The service was also excellent. 100% recommend.

This Restaurant has been taken over from the previous owners and OMG the food is AMAZING...!!!!! I would order every single day if I could that's how good it is... I love Indian Food - I grew up in The Midlands within the UK and the best Indian foods were on our doorstep, this place is within that range and I'm sooooo thankful they are in Devonport. Awesome Foods Thankyou for such a Great Service.
