An oasis to replenish
This apartment has it all! From comfy beds and linen, robes, to BBQ and even a coffee machine. The beach is a wet access across the stream but the views and wonderful walks are fabulous for a break, even if there for work as I was.

Excellent accommodation in a beautiful part of NZ
We had a great experience - stayed in the studio unit that looked out over the beach - beautifully clean and very well furnished, unbeatable position on the beach, BBQ and deck furniture including loungers on the veranda, great instructions and information provided by the hosts.

FAR NORTH RETREAT

What a Gem
My only regret was not finding this place earlier .. I have stayed at a few similar priced units before and they were literally dumps compared to this place .. it's not just the great location .. but all the little things .. from quality body wash to a real coffee machine with real milk etc .. fast wifi .. I was on business and appreciated it ... I never met the owners or anyone else in the 7 days I stayed .. I like my privacy .. definitely staying there again

Cant help but relax
When staying at the GEMS seaside lodge you cant help but be relaxed and refreshed. We stayed in the Haven apartment and the views are incredible! Ahipara is a sleepy little town with a nice coffee shop and great gateway town to the far north. We enjoyed driving up the beach and playing on small dunes with our toddler, surfing in front of the house and watching the sun set over the Ocean. The apartment was good with a toddler, had everything we needed for a weeks break, including handy things like a dishwasher and sky and we felt we could relax, refresh and unwind from our busy lives in the city.
