Guest accommodation comprises three large and well appointed bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Room 1 has a private balcony, sleeps a maximum of four people with a Super-King and two single beds - spacious and comfortable with dressing room, settee and table and chairs. Room 2 has a Queen Bed with a beautiful outlook across the garden to the vineyards. Room 3 has a Queen Bed and both a separate shower and separate bath. All rooms have access to a large upstairs balcony overlooking the gardens and vineyards beyond. Breakfast is served in a separate Dining Room with French Doors opening out onto the garden.Loading ...

Beautiful lodging that feels like home with delightful & caring hosts.
We stayed here for four lovely days in February and couldn't have been happier. Peter and Judith are the most thoughtful and kindest hosts I've ever met in all my years of international travel. They went out of their way to make sure that we were enjoying our time in the Blenheim area. We did not have a car there and found the walk to town and back very easy and no problem at all. The breakfast selection was more than complete with something for all dietary preferences. Our room was warm, inviting and sumptuous with a lovely large bath complete with morning sunshine. Our stay here was the highlight of our month in beautiful New Zealand. Thank you!

Larte comfortable room with balcony in a well kept private home in beautiful garden settinga
Judy and Petr treated me like family. Nothing was too much for them to make my stay comfortable. Apart from the very good breakfast they invited me the first evening for dinner and the next for sandwiches at their living room. I learned a lot about New Zealand and the South Island from them. The site is close to Blenheim City, yet in a quiet garden setting next to a river and vinyards. They kindly arranged for a most instructive vinyard tour for me.

Lovely weekend in a lovely setting
Peter and Judith are wonderful hosts. We felt welcome from the minute we arrived. They didn't have anyone else staying whilst we were there so they'd put us in the larger room which was a nice touch. They were happy to recommend local restaurants and taxi companies. Beds were comfy, bathroom was clean with good fixtures and fittings. There's a lovely garden and also a balcony on the first floor if you want to bring wine back and sit out with it - there's a fridge you can use to chill your wine. Nice simple breakfast each morning and Judith will make you a pot of fresh coffee if you want. Location is good - about a 10-15 minute walk to Gramados restaurant (also a definite must!) so no-one has to worry about driving after dinner :-) All in all a fab stay, would definitely recommend. Very comfortable
Excellent host and hostess, lovely spacious accommodation, felt like home. Right in the heart of wine country so loads of winery's to tour and lots of wine to taste. Lovely gardens stretching down to the river so plenty of birds if you like watching them. Good breakfast hosts could not do enough for us.

Perfect spot
We (three ladies)stayed here for 4 nights and it was excellent. Our room was a double and 2 singles. It was immaculate and there wasn’t anything extra we required everything had been thought of and more. We were 5 mins drive from Blenheim town. Peter and Judith were very pleasant, friendly, and very helpful what ever we required they were more than happy to provide. Our continental breakfasts were great, again everything was perfect. We would highly recommend this B&B, it certainly made our stay in Blenheim wonderful.
