Amazing selection of Sushi for the fussy vegetarian

Heaps of options to choose depending on your palate. I was so excited to see so many vegetarian options. I filled up my tray. Very fresh and tasty, the edamame sushi roll and the broccoli inari were delicious and very creative. We love our sushi and our experience at Momo Sushi puts this quaint little shop in the top sushi offerings in NZ for sure. Highly recommend. OH and the miso, always a winner when there are spring onions in it. Yum!

Best sushi in New Zealand

I travel to New Plymouth often, and always Momo's at least once. The prices are very reasonable and the sushi is unashamedly life-changing. Great for both vegetarians and meat eaters : ! I literally had someone buy 12 of the sweet and sour beef tofu pockets to take on the plane with them to Auckland so I could savour them. An absolute must if in NP!

Yummy sushi and function catering

Momo sushi cater weddings so we got mixed platters of sushi for our wedding day in October, they went down a treat with our guests and the owner made the whole ordering process a breeze. The offer a great range of sushi and cooked dishes and I frequent here as often as I can for lunch.

Just the best!!

So yummy, always fresh and always such a good range to choose from, and very well priced!! Great atmosphere, all round great place! Highly recommend to sushi lovers!!

Sushi

More than 50 choices of sushi available here. Chicken, salmon, beef, tuna, pork and lot more. Good thing is you can choose your own and take it away or have it there with all the sauces free. Staffs are very friendly and the food is fresh!

Best in town

Nicest in town. Always seems fresher and a bit more aroha than the others. Usually a good veggie choice, but get there early for the best selection.

Fresh and delicious

Delicious food, beautifully displayed, so tempting. I love that you can pick what you want from their freshly made sushi. As a vegan I was able to compile a delicious meal from the range of vegan options on offer.

Exceptional sushi

Probably the best sushi I have ever had on a consistent basis. Great value, fresh - lots of variety. Great service. Clean. Highly recommend this cafe - my lunch time favourite in New Plymouth.
