Fantastic facilities, lovely location!

Had a lovely nights stay here. The accommodation was absolutely perfect, with a great kitchenette (even stocked with produce for breakfast!), fast WiFi and refreshing en suite. The location is fantastic - off the road and within a farm - so peaceful! Only a 15 minute drive to Hobbiton, which was our destination before heading straight to Auckland, otherwise would have happily stayed here for longer! Can’t forget the warm welcome from an adorable canine Jess!

WHAT A GEM

Found this place by chance although they are on Booking.com. Absolutely superb. Accommodation separate from the main house, with kitchenette and private bathroom. Location is excellent being close to Matamata for restaurants etc, and very close to Hobbiton Movie Set. Came back from dinner and Trevor and Anne were sat on their veranda and kindly asked us to join them for a wine. What a lovely couple. Worth the stay just to talk to them. Highly recommended and will stop here again.
