Each villa is 135 square meters and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with under floor heating, full designer kitchen, laundry facilities, spacious lounge and dining areas with schist stone gas fireplace and full length glass concertina doors that open out onto your own courtyard. Most Villas have a private lock-up garage available. You can choose a villa with an alpine or stunning lake outlook.....

Never wanted to leave

We rented this villa for six days back in May 2021. I walked in, and said, "I never want to leave." The apartment is impeccable, perfectly laid out with everything we needed, comfortable and sophisticated, and the views are simply extraordinary, as the many photos here from other travellers attest. We asked for the two-bedroom option, which just meant that the third bedroom was locked. As we had been travelling for over a week already, we appreciated the laundry facilities. It is within walking distance of the town (though it is quite a hike back up the hill), and there is a bus service to the Heritage Hotel over the road. Though when the temperatures plummeted, we tended to drive. It was very reasonably priced for Queenstown between school holidays and before the ski season started. We will definitely return. …

Perfect !

Having thoroughly enjoyed our stay in 2018, we made a v-line back to the Villas when in Queenstown recently. Nothing had changed: quiet, comfortable, beautifully appointed villas with a wonderful view. We'll be back !

Beyond Expectations

With views to die for, this property was everything it was advertised to be. The right blend of homely so that we were comfortable for the week, and luxury so that we felt we had enjoyed a special treat. The property had everything we needed, washing machine, dryer, fully stocked kitchen, extra blankets, a fireplace and did I mention incredible views out over Lake Whakatipu and the Remarkables? The staff were so amazing, so friendly even though the COVID season has hit them hard. We ordered online groceries and they put all the perishables in the fridge for us before we arrived.

Impeccable

We are staying here for 8 nights and are currently half way through but it’s easy enough to say this is the very best accomodation of its type in Queenstown. The villa is complete with every luxury one would expect from a high end villa. Beautiful views. Quiet and peaceful. The staff are fabulous and there when you need them. If you are looking for the best then this will suit you. A decent uphill walk if you don’t have a car so we park ours at the bottom and walk the 1km into town. We will be back. Highly recommended to all.

Best Accommodation Ever

Platinum villas was pure luxury and experience. We booked 3 x villas for a group of friends they accommodated us by keeping us close together. Communication was great throughout the whole time. The views were breath taking and the villas were equipped with everything you needed. Warm, cozy and we were free to do as we pleased with no issues! Thank you platinum villas for the best Queenstown experience ever! Will definitely be back again!!
