Great customer service our reception was welcoming and knows a lot about Rotorua which is very helpful. Room was perfect for my partner and I . The spa bath was also great ???? very conveniently located close to all amenities we’re happy with our stay. . Definitely will be back . Thank you RotoVegas

Very friendly and helpful with parking our trailer , great advice on an excellent bar to visit which we did ????.Lovely comfortable big bed and fabulous Hot Tub ! Excellent location , lovely pool and playground areas.

Our family stayed in the Rotovegas House and we absolutely LOVED IT!! The house is so big, plenty of space, has all the things you need to cook, it's own spa bath, and it's right next to the pool house. I recommend anyone with children to stay here at the house. If your kids love the water HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU STAY HERE!! My babies highlight of their trip was not the luge, gondola etc it was staying here at Rotovegas. The heated pool, table tennis, playground and bbq area being right outside the house definitely is THE BEST motel we have stayed in thus far and we have been to 4 other places in Rotorua. Washing amenities is all there and the staff are so polite and kind. We will come here again for sure!!! Thank you so much John and Team for making our stay the absolute BEST. My kids didn't want to leave and have asked if they can come here again, ALL the adults are already checking calendars to book our stay here again. We are ending our 2020 on a very high note and that is a very special thanks to you John and Rotovegas Motel!! …
