Excellent modern apartment
We stayed in a deluxe one bedroomed apartment and were very impressed. Quality furnishings and beautiful tiled bathroom. It also has the benefit of a Samsung washer/dryer. Although the management were not offering a daily service during our stay, the apartment was spotlessly clean. The accommodation is in a quiet location and is a short drive from the central city. Excellent value for money and we will stay here again when next visiting Dunedin.

Great Find
Excellent place to stay. Clean and well designed. We stayed in a 1 bedroom unit (Upgraded we think because we stayed 3 nights). All fittings linen cutlery and tableware was of great quality. There was a great washing machine dryer in the unit. There was free unlimited wi-fi that worked well and Netflix and You Tube. Close to the city a great place to move around Dunedin. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Amazing!
Stayed here in early March and would happily stay here again. The apartment had EVERYTHING you need. Very spacious with a very homely feel about it. Staff were friendly and relaxed. Would definitely recommend to visitors.

Great accommodation in Dunedin
Recently stayed in Dunedin for business and found this gem, close to the city but a quite suburb with great access, units are high quality and fully serviced, kitchen and laundry within unit and at a great price, I highly recommend.
