Best blueberry muffin ever!
The best blueberry muffin I have ever had! We stopped for a travel break and couldn’t resist the Homemade Blueberry Muffins. . . They were absolutely full of blueberries, and really light and melt-in-your-mouth fluffy. The coffee was spot on too.

Great coffee, vegetarian friendly
We stopped-off for a light lunch. All the offerings on display contained meat so we asked if they could do salad sandwiches sans meat. No problem! They asked what we preferred and quickly created two tasty (and very fresh! ) sandwiches. Coffee was smooth with plenty of body. We will certainly visit again when next in area.

Great coffee
We ventured off the main road to Highway 32 from Taupo to Auckland. Found the cafe with bikes, Harley’s & Porsche’s out the front. Clearly the place for a Saturday cruise. Great coffee - double shot in a tulip cup - delicious. Quirky play ground out the back & clean toilets. Well worth the drive along a scenic route.

Unexpectedly good
It’s very unassuming from the road but it was a great little place. Really good coffee and the Tangy Lemon Slice was so good that we went and bought another one ????. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend ????

Perfect place for a pitstop
