The highlight of our three week trip
We were very lucky to visit Wild Thyme at the end of our three week trip in NZ. It was by far the best place we stayed in our entire trip! Location was great, the accommodation itself was finished to a very high standard and the views were breathtaking. Bruce and Jules were fantastic hosts; warm, welcoming and had lots of great tips on making the most of a few day’s on the island. Couldn’t recommend this place enough, we can’t wait to return one day.

Wild Thyme Studios was amazing, one of the best places I have stayed in, Bruce & Jules are amazing hosts, my friend & I had a wonderful 2 day stay, would go back again, nothing was too much trouble thanks again.

Would return in a heart beat!
Wild Thyme Studios and Waiheke Island in general, was a relaxing and rejuvenating time for us. It was perfect start of our New Zealand adventure. Bruce and Jules were very welcoming, and offered very useful tips for getting around the island (hidden paths) and suggestions on where to eat. We enjoy walking and thus used this location to our advantage. We easily walked to town, the beach, and even a vineyard! We availed ourselves of public transportation to reach further sites on the island. Our studio was quiet, clean, and had just the right amenities (table and chairs, refrigerator, beautiful bathroom, outdoor clothes lines, outdoor private seating area overlooking the gulf, grill, tea and coffee, cooking utensils, plates, cups, cutlery, etc. At the end of our stay, Bruce offered a lift to the ferry - which allowed us to squeeze more time into our visit. We very much hope to return someday! …
