Long drive to ok sites
Our drivers, Martin and Simon were excellent and gave continuous updates of where we were and what we were seeing. Got a great overview of The New Zealand countryside. However I would only rate the two sites we visited as average. The the Walotapu was nice unless you have been to Yellowstone and then it is underwhelming. The Hobbiton site was very picturesque but unless you are a rabid fan of the movie it was a very long drive for a few pictures.

Amazing guide and service
We have booked Wai O Tapu wonderland trip with Auckland & Beyond Tours. We are amazed that even after only 2 people they did not cancel tours.
Additionally, our guide cum driver Paul is an amazing person and also liked his hospitality. He arrived on time to pick up us and drived very professionally.

For a day trip out of Auckland can’t go wrong with Auckland and beyond! Chris our guide was very knowledgeable and pleasant. If you have a few days in NewZealand highly recommend to book with those guys!

Amazing days in Auckland
Martin was awesome from start to finish! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful.
